Product Description The model 1310 VW Surface mount jointmeter measures the magnitude of and trend of displacements in dams, bridge piers and abutments. The model 1320 VW Embedment jointmeter is used to measure orients, magnitude of and rate of the movement in concrete structures such as dams, foundations and abutments using with installation kits. The model 1310 VW Surface mount jointmeter consists of a VW transducer, mounting brackets for installation and anchor kits. The VW transducer is available uniaxial and triaxial versions. The installation procedure is similar for both jointmeters. The model 1320 VW Embedment jointmeter is composed of a VW transducer, a sensor socket and target for installation kit. The target and the sensor socket are embedded in adjacent pours of concrete. The target is embedded on one pour, and the sensor socket and the VW transducer is embedded in two pour. The sensor socket and VW transducer are screwed onto the target and embedded in the adjacent pour. The sensor has up to 50mm and 100mm range.
