Product Description The model, 1010 VW Temperature gage consists of a stainless steel transducer body to which a VW sensor element is attached. The gage is designed to measure temperature, which provides principle that the coefficients of thermal expansion of the body and wire are different. The frequency signal from the VW Temperature gage is very stable and accurate. It also is unaffected by changes in cable resistance caused by water penetration and is no problem that is caused by general temperature device such as thermocouples and thermometers using it. These gages is rugged and allow it to survive in the most severe environments.
